 Menus will be updated weekly.

I will only be doing cookery classes during the half term and summer holidays holidays for the foreseeable future.




July 28th:11.30-1.30 pm  Lamb kofte kebabs/ Hallomi cherry tomato skewers with homemade Tzatziki  and Morrocan couscous. Dessert: Mint choc mousse pots.

 August 4th: 11.30-1pm Popcake and brownie class all details in menu bar at top of page.

August 18th:  11.30-1.30pm. Scented chicken pilaf. Honey soy and ginger vegetables. Dessert: Fruit kebabs with cardoman syrup.

August 25th: 11.30-1.30pm Summery Salmon en croute with a creamy dill and watercress sauce, roasted new baby potatos & garlicky green bean salad. Dessert: Mini strawberry cheescakes.










November 5th: Toad in the hole with sweet red onion gravy and mustard mash. Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding.

October 7th Chicken Gougons with cheesy potato skins. Dessert  apple and blackberry muffins.
October 8th : Hearty Chicken casserole with homemade Soda bread :  Dessert: Apple & blackberry cake.

September 16th & 17th: Chicken and Chorizo sausage Paella with Pipiranna (Spanish potato salad) Dessert: Anzac biscuits.

August 27th: Sticky Cajun chicken, Corn & bacon fritters with southern coated potato wedges and  a sour cream and chive dip. Dessert: Peanut butter and white chocolate blondies

 August 19th : Moussaka with a greek salad. Dessert: Cheesecake with honey and rosewater & pistachios.

 August 12th: Honey & mustard chicken kebabs with savoury rice & a chick pea & puy lentil summer salad Dessert: Mini Carrot cupcakes

July 22nd: Sticky Szechuan pork with sesame seeds, & Hoisin veggie noodles Dessert:  Strawberry & peach Eton mess

 July 16th Lamb samosas with  Cucumber & Mint Raita & Moroccan couscous. Dessert: Chocolate fudge cupcakes

July 1st & 2nd: Pork steaks in a tarragon cream sauce with sauteed garlic potatoes and roasted veg. Dessert: Apple and blackberry crumble

 June 24th & 25th : Chicken, bacon and leek pie with mustard mash and roasted carrots. Dessert: Mint chocolate mousse pots..

 June 17th & 18th: Fajitas and nachos with guacamole and zingy salsa. Dessert: Lemon & cardamom drizzle tray bake

June 10th & 11th: Tandoori chicken kebabs, Chick pea and lentil dhal, Chapatis & Raita dip. Dessert: Blueberry muffins

  June 3rd & 4th: Fishcakes with buttery baby boils and spinach, carrot, and red pepper salad. Dessert - Oaty raisin cookies.

May 20th & 21st : Chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. Dessert: Pink ripple meringues with strawberry cream.

May 13th & 14th : Chicken and smoky bacon tagliatelle, in a creamy sauce with  garlic bread. Dessert - No bake  Choc cherry slice.

 May 7th & 8th: Homemade pizzas, chunky coleslaw. Dessert - Mini key lime pies.

 April 22nd & 23rd: Big burgers with corn cobs and potato wedges. Dessert - Chocolate chip muffins.

 April 15th & 16th: Roast peppers stuffed with savoury rice & Mozzarella, Balsamic green bean salad with feta cheese.  Dessert - Chocolate brownies.

 March: 18th & 19th:  Italian meatballs in tomato sauce, with linguine. Dessert- Mini lemon cheesecake.

 March 11th &12th:
Wrap your own spring rolls, with dipping sauce & Thai noodles. Dessert-Ginger cake.
